Questions people ask on the first call
Is this a locksmith company or a referral service?
A referral service. Your call is passed to an independent locksmith contractor who does the work, invoices you and gives any warranty. The terms explain it in full.
How soon can someone come?
It depends on the hour, the traffic on the 170 and who is free. Ask the dispatcher for a realistic window when you call; nobody can promise one sight unseen.
Will the lock be damaged?
Most lockouts are opened without harm, but some high-security locks or broken parts need drilling. The locksmith should tell you before doing it and price it first.
Can I get a written estimate?
Yes, and you should ask for one. A fair estimate lists the $29.00 service call fee, labor and any parts.
